Who Am I
I am a passionate, professional who loves his job. I spend my time helping my clients find and Negotiate the home of their dreams, or the right investment property to add to their portfolio. I don’t treat the buying and selling of a client’s home or investment as merely a transaction. Each property purchase means new beginnings and a new way of living life. There is a certain satisfaction seeing my clients making the right buying or selling decision.

I was born and raised in Edmonton and have lived in Leduc for 15 years and Devon for many years prior to that. Before my career in Real Estate, I spent my time working in Emergency Services as a Paramedic. I have the most beautiful wife in the world that has been in my life for over 25 years as well as 3 outstanding children and 1 Grandson (I’m a very young but proud Grandpa). My interests include camping, travelling, muscle cars, and motorcycles. I like most sports and have a keen interest in Baseball, Football, Hockey, and Curling. I'm a firm believer in giving back and a with my background working as a Paramedic I’m a proud supporter of PTSD in first responders. I have made a commitment to make a donation with every transaction I do in support of PTSD. Kim is the mother of two adult children, stepmom to a college student, grandmother to a precious grandson, and with her daughter’s engagement, gai
ned three more amazing grandchildren. The volume of cookies in her house has given her the title of “Best Nana Ever!
Kim comes from a strong sales and procurement background in the Oil & Gas Industry. 20+ years of experience in inside sales for oilfield supply chain and procurement for oilfield construction makes a solid base for her role as office manager for the Hedstrom Group. Her history in sales and customer service will be a valuable asset as she works through the RECA training to become a licensed Realtor®.
Kim was born in Edmonton and has lived in the city and surrounding areas making her familiar with the rich culture available in the area. She has participated in events and festivals in Edmonton and has been an active volunteer in children’s sports, adult sports events and local community fairs in Devon and Leduc. Currently a resident of Leduc Kim is very excited to see the growth in the economy with many new developments, like the Airport Outlet Mall and the Ford Motor Company Distribution Centre, in the works or close to completion in the Leduc area. It will be an exciting time for the Leduc, Edmonton and area!
